Integrations

The Technology Behind Each Licence

Every fintech licence runs on systems that have to work together. Chris supports Mark on the technology partnerships and API integrations behind each one, so that what an application describes is what the business can actually operate.

Virtual Assets

Platforms, Custody and Banking APIs

A virtual asset business is a technology business first. The trading and custody platform, wallet and key management, market data and liquidity connections, transaction monitoring and the bank APIs behind client money accounts all have to be chosen, connected and tested. Chris works with Mark to keep that technical picture and the licence file consistent.

NBFC

Lending Platforms and Data Connections

A digital lender depends on its lending platform and risk engine, identity verification and credit data connections, payment gateways for disbursement and collection, and customer messaging. Chris supports the integration plan and the technology partnerships around it, so the systems are ready as approval nears.

EMI

Wallets, Processors and Payment Rails

An e-money business lives on its wallet platform, its processor and gateway connections, its bank links and the authentication and fraud monitoring around every transaction. Chris supports the API scoping and testing that connect them, and the partners that provide each piece.

Microfinance

Core Banking and Digital Channels

A microfinance bank needs a core banking system, mobile and agent channels, payment connections and reporting systems that speak to each other. Chris supports the integration work and the technology partners behind it, so the bank can open with working systems.

Role

How Chris Executes

Each integration is scoped, documented, tested and closed out, in support of Hassaan, Taha and Mark.

Integrations

Integration Scoping

Listing the systems a business has to connect to, and the APIs on each side, before any build begins.

Partners

Technology Partner Coordination

Working with Mark on the technology partners a business selects, and keeping their timelines aligned with the licence.

Testing

API and Systems Testing

Following integrations through testing and sign-off, so each connection is proven before launch.

Documentation

Technology in the File

Keeping the systems described in an application consistent with what is actually being built.

Readiness

Operational Readiness

Working with Mark, who handles the business technology partners and executes the approved business plan, so the business is ready to operate when approval arrives.

Client
